Ashley Egleston – Office Staff Member
Ashley Egleston has been working for Twisters Gymnastics for six years and is currently a member of Twisters Office Staff. Ashley graduated from Brick Township High School and Kean University and is currently pursuing a masters degree at Farleigh Dickinson in Psychology.

Doug Ford – Recreational Class Instructor
Making tumbling fun comes naturally for Coach Doug. His genuine concern for each and every student encourages students to achieve their individual potential. Doug's gymnastics and tumbling experience as a child helped him develop the body awareness and coordination necessary to excel in a variety of sports at the high school, college, and professional level. Doug is currently teaching a variety of tumbling classes for various age groups and levels.

Kevin Goldburt – Recreational Class Instructor & USAG Coach
Kevin has been coaching gymnastics for ten years, four of those years at Twisters. He has coached in several different leagues, including USAG, USAIGC, JOGA, and Trampoline and Tumbling, focusing on conditioning, body awareness, and progressions to ensure each gymnast can reach their highest level. He has specifically trained in various coaching methods, learning from world champions and elite coaches across several disciplines of gymnastics.

Susan Velez – JOGA Coach & Recreational Class Instructor
Susan Velez is a Colombian native and has been coaching gymnastics for fifteen years. Susan attended the National University in Colombia and holds a degree in Psychology. Susan moved from Colombia in 2006, where she was an elite gymnast for fifteen years and a member of the Colombian National Team. Susan helps to run our JOGA Program and also coaches Recreational Gymnastics and Preschool classes at Twisters.

Erik Lazenby – JOGA Coach & Recreational Class Instructor
Erik Lazenby has been coaching since 2003 and has been a valuable member of Twisters' coaching staff since 2010. Throughout that time, Erik has worked with children of all ages and abilities. Erik began gymnastics at the age of thirteen and since then has also competed on cheerleading teams and with elite tumbling programs. Erik is a firm believer in teaching with an upbeat and positive attitude, focusing on consistent progressions and drills that are used to help each student reach their full potential. Erik's philosophy of gymnastics and tumbling is that proper progression is the key to success and retention.

Gleen LeVasseur – Recreational Class Instructor
Gleen LeVasseur graduated from William Paterson University with a degree in Communications and TV Broadcasting. During his time at William Paterson, Gleen was a member of their cheerleading team. Gleen has over 18 years of experience coaching gymnastics and tumbling. Gleen is one of the top tumbling coaches in the area and has worked with many local high school cheerleading teams, including Howell High School, Jackson Liberty High School, Saint Rose High School, and Neptune High School, who have won national titles.
