BIRTHDAY PARTIES What better way to celebrate your child's birthday than at Twisters Gymnastics? It's easy and it's fun! Twisters' Staff is happy to entertain the birthday guests with fun, games, and gymnastics activities! THE DETAILS Birthdays are usually booked several months in advance and are available on Saturday afternoons and all day on Sunday. Call our front office for reservations and additional information! Twisters Gymnastics is now happy to offer the "Super Party" package for all birthday parties. SUPER PARTY INFORMATION WHAT DO WE DO In addition to our fully equipped gymnastics facility (including our unique playground, parachute games, in-ground trampolines, 30 foot inflatable slide, and an obstacle course), we also provide invitations, two Twisters' Staff Members, large party room (including tables, chairs, and tablecloths) and LOADS OF FUN! By ordering the "Super Party" party package, Twisters will provide your choice of colored pizza plates, cake plates, napkins, and forks for your entire party. You will also receive three large pizzas and juice boxes for all children attending the party. Additional pizzas may be ordered for $11.00 per pie. Additional beverages for adults are also available for purchase. WHAT DO YOU DO You provide the children, birthday cake, and a light clean-up after the party! Basic Fee Structure: $325.00 for groups of up to 22 children (ages 3 and older, please), which includes one (1) hour in the gym and a half an hour in our party room. Special arrangements can be made for larger parties ($10.00 per additional child, plus an additional $40.00 instructor fee). A $165.00 non-refundable deposit is required within one week of making a reservation. If a deposit is not received within that week, the party slot will not be held. Any remaining balance is due before the start of the party. Any remaining balance is due before the start of the party. Pizza is available for your party for $11.00 per pie. If you will be serving pizza, it must be purchased through Twisters. Private delivery is not allowed. OTHER RULES Children are only allowed on the equipment when accompanied by the instructors during the first hour of the party. They become the responsibility of the party giver during the party time. Only the host parents may follow the party into the main gym area. Parties are to begin and end promptly to be fair to waiting groups. Instructors do receive a modest salary for their work; however, a gratuity would be in order if deserved. Please be advised that there is a $30.00 cancellation fee if the party is canceled or rescheduled within three (3) weeks of the original party date.
